FORENSICS & PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING

PROVIDE CONSULTATION FOR LEGAL PROFESSIONALS:

  • Competency court evaluations to stand trial
  • NGI Evaluations
  • Second Opinions & Case Review of clinical/psychological details
  • Neuropsychological testing available
  • Psychological evaluations for assisting in treatment clarity, providing second opinions, measuring treatment outcomes, and diagnostic insights.
  • Assist legal professionals understand psychological report in/accuracies, limitations, nomenclature, and provide recommendations
  • Assist legal professionals understand client and jury behaviors, cognitions, and patterns

Court consultants vary in their concentration and areas of focus. Jury selection may be seen as the most important part of a court trial, while other legal professional believe working with their client or witnesses to identify, create and deliver a powerful display to aid testimony (and very possibly perspective shifting) is the most critical component of a successful outcome. Additionally, educating clients and witnesses about their unique micro behaviors and responses they often previously were not aware of is extremely powerful knowledge during a trial. Research based interpretive impact studies on such things as unconscious behaviors, human biases, speech patterns, non verbal language prejudices, posture, and even hair and clothes choices can arguably be much more powerful than “picking the right jury”. Some psychologists focus on effective trial strategies that include working with clients and witnesses as well as preparing exhibits, whereas other consultants prefer to use their skills to help pick the ideal jury right out of the gate.

A clinical psychologist is highly trained to identify, predict, and alter behavioral patterns (think of treatment planning which ideally alters behavior). Consulting skills are derived from years of clinical experience, advanced and continual schooling and trainings, evidence based data and research, professional peer reviewed studies and outcomes, statistics, biology, and (hopefully) innate skills. Dr. Kaczmarek is often hired to consult with clients, witnesses, and Attorneys to help identify, create, and provide powerful testimonial aids and exhibits that relay a powerful impact; an impact that goes beyond the spoken word. Her goal is to provide stunning resources that WOW her clients and give clarity to her audience from a never before seen, and undeniably persuasive, perspective.

"I have worked with Dr. Kaczmarek for 9 months and have made more movement in those 9 months than what I accomplished with other therapists in 9 years!!! I'm so happy I found her and can't believe I've transformed from hopeless to hopeful!"- M.N. 44 Male from Kenosha County, WI

"I'm fixed! I know Pam hates when I say that, but that's how I feel. Once shattered, but now whole. Unbelievable! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! " - J.R. 53 Female from Racine County

"Pam has a way of making me feel so safe and not judged. I love her humor and humility. I can't imagine going on this journey without her. I've had so many friends, relatives, and doctors who just didn't get it. Not only did Pam 'get it', she knew what to do with it. WOW!" - H.B. Male from NE Illinois

"OK. I admit it. I used to think 'only crazy people go to shrinks' and now I totally understand how it's the opposite and how much healthier I am for taking care of ME-- FINALLY!" -- M.F. 57 Female from Pleasant Prairie, WI

"Working with Pam has been bitter sweet. I'm so happy with how far I've come but so angry that other professionals I've seen didn't catch what Pam caught. I've wasted years of my life thinking it was me, but the fact is that once I was PROPERLY diagnosed, it all came together and made sense. I can breathe for the first time in 25+ years. Thanks is so inadequate to express what I feel. I just wish I had started with her sooner, but as she tells me, 'I wouldn't have been ready for you at that time and our paths were meant to cross now.' Indeed, she's right." - P.C. 43-year-old Female from Evanston, IL

“I just love Dr. Kaczmarek! She's helped me understand why I do some of the things I do and because I did them -- I was able TO SURVIVE!!! I now understand that. No more self-shaming or guilt. I have a lot of people in my treatment mix and Pam is a great collaborative team player with all of them. I appreciate it when she explains the nitty-gritty to me, but also when she has the ability to sense when silence is best, or when she simply doesn’t have an answer and will admit that (lots of docs forget they’re human). I also love her warm, fun, whimsical office…… and that never-ending bowl of candy is awesome, too!! :)"  -J.A. 36-year-old Male from Shorewood, WI

"I've worked with Pam for a year and a half. She was recommended to me while I was in the process of finding a psychologist. Previously I'd only seen therapists who knew nothing more than basic 'talk therapy' which only made me feel worse. She introduced me to Peter Levine, who really is just brilliant (and so is Pam)! I know that I'd still feel "stuck" if it weren't for her. I've made so much progress within a year and a half than I ever have. She's funny, non-judgmental and has been the only one to actually understand me. Plus, her office makes you feel safe and who doesn't love plants, candy and lava lamps? :-D" - 27/F/Kenosha
